Your identifiable information held by us will have been gathered as information already in the public domain and classed as ‘open source’, or provided by you as a result of an enquiry through our website, directly by email, social media message, telephone or by you having provided your details at an event, networking event or chance meeting.

We used a third party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our monthly e-newsletters. We gathered statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies. For more information, please see Mailchimp’s privacy notice. The list we held on Mailchimp when we ran our enewsletter has now (as of date above) been deleted. All subscriber personal data records held on this third-party provider for the purposes of sending out enews and any other offers such as optins has been deleted, as has our account at Mailchimp. We therefore no long hold data records of former subscribers; neither as a downloaded xls on our computer hard drive or on the Cloud.
